Thanks for this comic, which cemented even more my gratitude for being up to my eyeballs in middle age, single, and in hormonal freefall.
The art is excellent as per usual, and the CT lyrics spelled out in a lighting array of adolescent urgency and drama really nail it. The series of eyes in various stages of make-up really convey the obsessiveness of our hero, while simultaneously evoking how much endless and fruitless LOOKING at themselves and the objects of desire adolescents do.
Just as George Carlin was "goddamned glad to be Irish", I'm goddamned glad to be almost 48 and living in my tower! And Cheap Trick still rules!
